I drank this daily and lost 7 kg in 50 days! This is not a hoax! It really works!
Fruit smoothies are highly regarded as a healthy beverage and is often promoted in a slimming diet. I personally make this my daily breakfast and I had seen myself losing 7 kg over 50 days. During the 50 days period, I also did some light jogging 3 times a week (around 2 km).
Truth to be told, I was never a believer of smoothie as an effective diet measure. I even go to the extend of making fun and laugh at others for believing in that (what a jerk I was!). However, I soon came to realize how stupid and ignorant I was after trying this out.
I improvised and perfected this recipe over time and ultimately come up with the simplest smoothie recipe ever. Only four ingredients are needed (of course you are most welcome to add in other ingredients too!). As a berry lover, my favourite smoothie is a combination of cherries, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries. You may substitute them with any fruits you like. You could use diced, fresh fruits if you have problem looking for frozen fruits. Don’t forget to freeze them before blending!
Ingredients (per serving):
- 1/3 cup full-cream milk
- 1/3 cup yogurt
- 1/3 cup frozen fruits
- 1/2 tsp honey
[Other recommended ingredients: chia seeds, oatmeal, mint leaves]
- First, assemble all the ingredients. If you couldn’t buy frozen fruits, you may freeze your diced, fresh fruits overnight. Frozen fruits will give a better texture to your smoothie
2. Mix them all together in a blender. Blend well.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
